4. My opinion about the way that reduce the problem of unemployment.
I want to talk about the way that reduce the problem of unemployment in Cambodia. I think that Company which included native, foreigner and Government have to cooperate for reduce the problem of unemployment. So, I would like to suggest two ways.
First, Government must adjust the politics that is ‘opening to foreign funds. So, I’m sure that it can be reduced. For example, if Foreign funds come to Cambodia, It will make a lots of employment at all kind of industry. Maybe it will effect on the construction industry first.
Second, I think that anyone can run the own business. But, they don't enough money to start business. So, I suggest that the Government should assist financial support to all of business that if it is small or big scale business. In detail, if they don’t have capital money, the bank or government should loan to them. Then, they can start the business. If it will be like that, they will recruit employees and also pay back. But, the interest must be lower than before.
If Cambodia accept my suggestions, the unemployment will reduce exactly. In addition, the quality of life will be increased. Even though not accept it, I would hope to reduce the problem with any solutions. Thanks for your audience.
4. 실업 문제를 줄이기위한 방법
캄보디아의 실업문제의 해결방안에 대해 이야기 하겠습니다. 제 생각엔 현지, 외국계 기업과 정부가 이 문제를 줄이기 위해 협력해야만 한다고 생각합니다. 2가지 방법을 제안합니다.
첫째로, 정부가 외국자본 개방의 정책을 조정해야만 합니다. 그러면, 저는 실업률이 감소할 것이라고 확신합니다. 예를 들어, 캄보디아의 외국 자본이 들어오면, 모든 산업에 일자리가 만들어질 것입니다. 아마도 첫번째로 건설업에 영향을 끼칠 것입니다.
둘째, 누구나 자신의 사업을 운영할 수 있다고 생각합니다. 그러나 사업을 시작하기에 돈이 부족합니다. 그래서 저는 정부가 사업이 작던 크던 관계없이 금전적인 지원을 해야한다는 것을 제안합니다. 자세하게, 그들이 돈이 부족할때, 은행 혹은 정부에서 대출을 해줘야만 합니다. 그리고 그들은 사업을 시작할 수 있습니다. 만약 이렇게 된다면, 그들은 고용자들을 뽑을 것이고 또한 갚아 나갈 것입니다. 그러나, 이자율은 전보다 낮아야만 합니다.
만약 캄보디아가 저의 제안들을 받아 들인다면, 실업률은 확실히 감소할 것입니다. 게다가, 삶의 질 또한 올라갈 것입니다. 만약 받아들이지 않는다해도, 저는 어떠한 해결책들을 가지고 실업률이 감소하길 희망합니다. 감사합니다.
